Auricola sinistra dilatata in paziente con flutter atriale. La
freccia bianca indica il setto muscolare posto tra lo sbocco della
vena polmonare superiore sinistra e l'imbocco dell'auricola. Le
frecce nere mostrano la normale trabecolatura muscolare nell'apice
