The
arrow points to large systolic prolapse in the left atrial cavity
of the posterior mitral leaflet. Two ruptured chordal fragments
are observed on body and apex of the posterior leaflet; that on
the apex is seen in systole posterior to the anterior mitral
leaflet.
La freccia indica l'ampia
eversione sistolica in atrio sinistro del lembo posteriore mitralico. Su
corpo ed apice del lembo posteriore sono visibili due corde tendinee
rotte; quella inserita all'apice si porta
in sistole in atrio posteriormente al lembo anteriore mitralico.. |
