Upper part:
severe left atrial dilatation; lower part (left to tight): left
ventricle, left ventricular outflow tract and aortic root; middle
of image: mitral para-prosthetic (mechanical bileaflet) anterior
regurgitant jet (inferior to aortic annulus), graded mild. The jet
melts with a central prosthetic physiologic regurgitant jet.
Parte
superiore: severa dilatazione atriale sinistra; parte inferiore (da
sinistra a destra): ventricolo sinistro, tratto d'efflusso ventricolare
sinistro e radice aortica; al centro dell'immagine: jet di rigurgito in
sede para-protesica valvolare mitralica (meccanica bi-leaflet) anteriore
(inferiormente all'annulus aortico), di grado lieve. Il jet si fonde con
un jet di rigurgito "fisiologico" centro-protesico. |
