A and B
|
Intraoperative exam early (10') after valve surgery. Bioprosthesis Carpentier #27 in mitral position. Note 2
trivial regurgitant jets originating from within the thickness of the prosthetic valvular
anulus (Figure B), a posterior one from the P3 position and an anterior one from the A1 position. A
trivial early systolic regurgitant jet is aldo detected in central
position (Figure A). The anular jets disappeared intraoperatively shortly after
protamine infusion.

Esame intra-operatorio eseguito in fase precoce (10') dopo
chirurgia mitralica. Bioprotesi Carpentier #27 in posizione
mitralica. Notare 2 jet di trascurabile rigurgito mitralico che
originano dallo spessore dell'anello della bioprotesi (Figura B),
uno posteriore dalla posizione P3 ed uno anteriore dalla posizione
A1. E' visibile anche un jet di trascurabile rigurgito
centro-protesico (Figura A). I jet anulari regredirono in sede
intraoperatoria poco dopo l'infusione di protamina.
Figura A: le frecce piccole orizzontali indicano le
strutture di supporto (struts) della bioprotesi porcina, la
freccia lunga mostrra l'origine centrale del trascurabile
rigurgito centro-protesico.
