post-operative mitral valvuloplasty: prolapse relapse of anterior
mitral leaflet (flail) with marked mobility of prosthetic mitral
annulus secondary to posterior detachment (severe regurgitation).
Esiti di valvuloplastica mitralica con recidiva prolasso (flail)
del lembo anteriore e marcato basculamento anello protesico
mitralico secondario a distacco dell'anello posteriormente (severo rigurgito direzionato verso parete libera atriale). |
