The arrow points to a
post-ischemic "diverticulum" of the inferior i.v.
septum, which communicates with the right ventricular cavity (with
minimum left to right shunt). The exam was
performed as re-evaluation of a fibro-calcific aortic mixed
valvulopathy (prevalent moderately severe aortic stenosis). There
is a mitral valve mechanical prosthesis (Sorin).
La freccia indica un "diverticolo" post-infartuale
del setto i.v. inferiore, che comunica con la cavita' ventricolare
destra (minimo shunt sinistro-> destro).L'esame e' stato eseguito per controllo di una
steno-insufficienza valvolare aortica fibro-calcifica a prevalente
componente di stenosi di grado moderatamente severo. E' presente
una protesi meccanica (Sorin) valvolare mitralica. |
