Abbrev. PA: Pulmonary Artery; RA: Right Atrium; RV: Right Ventricle. 
Comments The lower arrow points at end-diastolic point on ECG.
Upper arrows point at large floating thrombus (out of the scan plane in the systolc lower image) protruding through the tricuspid valve in the right ventricle. The thrombus is not attached to the right atrial walls and origins from the inferior vena cava (lower extremities thromboembolism). 
La freccia inferiore indica il punto tele-diastolico sull'ECG. Le frecce superiori mostrano un lungo trombo fluttuante (non fuori dal piano di scansione nella immagine inferiore sistolica) protrudente attraverso la tricuspide in cavita' ventricolare destra. Il trombo origina dalla vena cava inferiore (tromboembolia arti inferiori) e non ha basi d'impianto sulle pareti dell'atrio destro.
