Comments Asterisks in anterior (to the right ventricle) and posterior (to the left ventricle) mild pericardial effusion. Pericardial effusion is mild and diffuse, recurrent, and with tuberculous etiology.  
Gli asterichi sono posizionati nel lieve versamento pericardico anteriore (al ventricolo destro) e posteriore (al ventricolo sinistro). Il versamento pericardico è lieve e diffuso, recidivante e di eziologia tubercolare.

Comments Normal LV fractional shortening, Black short and long double-headed arrows show thickness of mild pericardial effusion in end-diastole and mid-systole, respectively. 
Normale frazione d'accorciamento ventricolare sinistra. Le frecce nere corta e più lunga mostrano lo spessore del versamento pericardico posteriore rispettivamente in tele-diastole ed in sistole.
