examination for hemodynamic instability in cardiac surgical
post-operative intensive care unit. Massive mediastinal hematoma,
late (1 month) post-operative compressing the right heart chambers
(open pericardium). At surgical exploration. hematoma secondary to
erosion of coronary by-pass graft.
Esame urgente per instabilitą emodinamica in terapia intensiva
post-chirurgica. Ematoma mediastinico massivo tardivo (1 mese)
post-operatorio che comprime il cuore destro. All'esplorazione
chirurgica, l'ematoma č secondario ad erosione di ponte
coronarico. |
