Wide mass, apparently parenchymatous and partially vacuolated (without flow at Doppler examination), located anterior to pericardium (and cardiac fossa), wth apical, right lateral, left apico-lateral extension. No signs of invasion of cardiac structures. Multislice CAT scan demonstrates its origin as herniation of small bowel in thracic cavity.
